What happend to the Wrigley Field renovations?

In Opening Day of this year the Cubs put huge posters of players on the exterior of the stadium. Now I look at the webcam and recently they were taken down for some reason. What happend to them?

1. forget that, they need to tear down that dump and get a real big league stadium for once. maybe then they can act like a real team and win something for once. I mean this is a huge city, not a small town
2. Wrigley is just fine.
