What's up with Home Depot selling Prop 65 condemned products that cause cancer?

Am I the only one sick of returning or throwing out Home Depot products that I find out as I pull of the price tags that they are identified by Prop 65 as causing cancer by merely handling them? Who in their right mind would subject themselves to this crap?

1. Almost every product sold is subject to the Prop 65 warnings. Any hardware store is going to have such products. If you buy any cleaners, solvents, or paints, they are going to be subject to such warnings. You are subjected to a lot of this stuff on a daily basis.
