What Lowes in Michigan will accept Home Depot 20% off Coupons still?

List any Lowe's in Michigan that you know of that will accept the Home Depot 20% off Coupon that was given to their employees for a holiday gift. Does anyone know if the Lowes in the Detroit area are still accepting these coupons? I want to buy one off of ebay, but want to make sure that Lowes will accept them.
