Building multiple homes on one piece of land???

I was wondering if anyone knows a rough estimate of how much it would cost to run plumbing/sewage/electrical lines for about 4 homes on one piece of property (1/2 acre)? Each home would be a modular home on foundation. Thanks! I forgot to mention that I already know I would have to have the land zoned for 4 properties and such...

For estimates on this work you should call 3 local providers. There is no national average that you could use since these prices can fluctuate widely from state to state. For example this work in NYC suburbs could cost 3 times the price of the same work being done in the middle of Pennsylvania.
