Do mobile homes (trailers) have building codes?

Just wondering, I know conventional stick built homes do, and even prefab, but do trailers have any building codes?

1. It is my understanding that the prefab & trailer industry has building codes, developed by their industries governing body and approved by whatever government entity that oversees that entity.
2. All dwellings have a residential building code.
