How will the city benefit from funding the building of homes on vacant lots ?

1. The owners of the new houses will pay property taxes to the city. The families in the houses will work in the city and shop in the city. Business and population will grow. The lots will no longer be filled with trash and weeds. They will instead have beautiful houses with flowering shrubs.
