Location of Payapa, Lemery, Batangas Philippines weather price of building homes?

I want to buy the property in payapa lemery batangas and i want to know the location weather price of building a house Is is a nice place to live is it country living

1. Batangas City is a town, really, and the surrounding countryside quite lovely. It's not far to the beach, from there, and the weather, though HOT, is much more endurable than living say, in the "big" city, Manila. Unfortunately, I don't know about housing costs, or cost of building. I do know, however, that compared to the cost of building in the US is MUCH higher. One can have a great quality of life in The Philippines for not alot of money.
