- i cant imagine so. china, pottery, enamel etc. has to be fired under extreme heat when being glazed so I doubt you can do it at home.
- well they have kits to reglaze bathtubs so why wouldn't they have one for sinks.
- Hi, well in the UK you can get a product called Tubby, so i would guess that Home Depot has a similar product
- I hate to answer your question this way however the money it would cost to reglaze a sink would be best spent replacing it...it's easy and quick. The time spent would also be worth more replacing. Tub glazing is done when you do not want to replace a tub, which is more expensive, more work, and the skill level required is much higher then replacing the sink... The only time that I would ever consider even reglazing a sink is if it were an antique or very hard to replace due to the colour. Consider it this way, if you owned a 1990 Toyota Corolla and it would cost you 2000 to get the body fixed and repainted but you can get a 2000 Toyota Corolla for 5000...where do you figure the money would be best spent... Worse part about my analogy on this is that Corolla's actually hold their value and sinks really do not...unlike the old type bathtubs with the feet...they are valuable for a collector whereas toilets and sinks generally do not fit into that category...unless you have one of those real old toilets that they call a water closet! I hope this helps with your decision...
