My Home Depot

Does anyone know about the renovations that are going on at the Old Market in Omaha Nebraska?

I heard that they are building lofts there, and something about them trying to modify it somehow. I've been in Omaha for 4 months, and I just want to know some info about what building projects they are planning to do at Old Market, (my faveorite place!!)
