What Features you like to see in a website for renovations?

I have a good domain name for renovations and have 25 years experience in renovations. I would like to find out what anyone planning or doing a renovation would really like to see or have available in a large renovation website. I would like to create a website that people would "really find useful". Any comments or ideas greatly appreciated.

Public Comments

1. Before and After photos, with some during the process of the renovation.
2. I would like to be able to draw up basic plans for submitting for getting ideas and quotes on renovations. Something where you have a grid based on dimensions and then can add things that need to be taken into consideration (like doors, windows, plumbing, and gas lines). My kitchen is so old it has a stand alone stove and metal cabinets from 1955!
3. people love interactive stuff. something to do, something to play with.
